JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR MEDHI ORDER 09.06.2026 The instant application has been filed for correction of certain observations made in the order dated 08.03.2025 passed in the connected MAC Appl/512/2024. The said appeal was taken up for consideration in the Lok Adalat held on 08.03.2025 and was disposed of. Shri A. R. Agarwala, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that due to inadvertence, a submission was made that an amount of Rs.8,92,291/- which was deposited was already withdrawal. However, he has clarified that though such deposit was made, the same was not withdrawn. He accordingly prays for a correction of the said observation. Shri R. Sarma, learned counsel representing the Insurance Company does not raise any objection to the said prayer for correction. After considering the same, it is clarified that the earlier amount deposited of Rs.8,92,291/- may be released to the claimant no. 1 after being duly identified by the learned counsel.
