This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the FIR No. 161/2019 registered at Police Station Mathura Gate, District Bharatpur for offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 354, 354-D and 384 IPC. 2. No one is present on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has placed before this Court the factual report dated 14.09.2025 received from Station House Officer, Police Station Mathura Gate, District Bharatpur. The said factual report is taken on record. 4. As per the factual report, the Police on the basis of compromise between the parties had submitted the final negative report on 26.12.2024 in the matter. In view of the fact that the final negative report has been submitted after completion of investigation, no further cause of action survives with the petitioner to pursue this petition. 6.
