For Petitioner(s): Mr.N.Srinivas Jayaprakash For Respondent(s): Mr.R.U.Dinesh Raj Kumar for R2 and R3 ORDER This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking leave to prefer the third party to reopen the writ petition for and recall the order dated 15.09.2025 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis made in W.P.No.21010 of 2019. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court in the order dated 15.09.2025 made in W.P.No.21010 of 2019, directed the first respondent therein to consider the representation made by the writ petitioner and to pass appropriate orders after providing opportunity to the petitioner and private respondents therein.
