When the matter was taken up for hearing today, a copy of the extract from the Town Survey Land Register is placed before this Court. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Survey Number has been wrongly mentioned in the patta and hence, a representation was given yesterday to the Tahsildar for correction of the Survey Number. 4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that necessary correction will be carried out within a period of one week. 5.
