[2026:RJ-JP:22050] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-7530/2026]
2. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The allegations levelled against the present petitioners are that they caused injuries to the complainant-Narendra Singh, Kushal Singh, Shivpal Singh and Sonu Kanwar however, according to the medical opinion, the injury to injured Narendra Singh on right hand was opined as grievous in nature and no life threatening injuries are opined to any injured. Petitioners are behind the bars since 22.04.2026 with criminal antecedent of one case reported against petitioner Narendra Singh, however, in that case he is already on bail. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody, consequently, the bail application of the petitioners may be allowed.
4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.
5. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submissions made by
learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners.
6. Consequently, the bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Tanwar Singh S/o Prahlad Singh, Kushal Singh S/o Shri Ganpat Singh, Ram Singh S/o Shri Ganpat Singh and Narendra Singh S/o Shri Bhanwar Singh, be released on bail provided each of them
[2026:RJ-JP:22050] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-7530/2026] furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that each of them shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
