This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 515 days in filing the application for restoration of Writ Petition Stamp No. 21285 of 2024. The delay has been explained in paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the application. 2. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed, however, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/- to be deposited with the ‘Public Welfare Account’ bearing No. 129712010001014, IFSC Code UBIN0812978, Union Bank of India, Branch High Court, Civil Lines, Nagpur. The costs shall be paid within two weeks. MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL APPLICATION (ST) NO. 19792 OF 2026 1. This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition Stamp No. 21285 of 2024. In the said writ petition, registration was refused since the learned counsel for the petitioner could not remove the office objections. Writ Petition Stamp No. 21285 of 2024 is restored to the file by setting aside the order dated 24.03.2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial). 3.
