In response to order dated 13.08.2026, where we have directed respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider making budgetary allocation to the Municipal Councils so as to release the payments due and payable to the employees, learned A.G.P. filed reply and along with reply is annexed Government Resolution dated 25.08.2014. He submits that provision has been made in the Government Resolution where the Municipal Council can raise a demand for additional amount in a case where the Municipal Council has recovered at least 90% of the taxes due and payable to Municipal Council. Thus, it is suggested that the provision is already in place and the respective Municipal Councils can raise the demand for additional budgetary allocation depending on the contingency. 3. If such is the case, we expect respondent No.3-Municipal Council and for that purpose all other Municipal Councils to raise the demands so as to release the payments due and payable to its employees. (2) 28wp4139.3879.3845.26 4. So far as the present petitions are concerned, counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance put forth has been redressed. 5. The statement is accepted. 6.
