Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a communication dated 07.05.2026, issued by Director of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid communication reveals that bill for an amount of ₹1,06,913/-, has been prepared and the same has been submitted in the Treasury Office Sarkaghat (Mandi). 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 12.01.2024, in CWP No.79 of 2023, titled, Sharda 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 Kumari and Others vs. State of H.P. & Ors., a/w connected matters, has been complied with and the bill has been sent to the Treasury Office Sarkaghat (Mandi), nothing requires to be adjudicated in the present proceedings, except that the respondents shall remit the amount, if not already remitted, within a week from today. In case the amount is not remitted within a week, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 4.
