It is seen that the 1st respondent inspite of the police report has come to a conclusion that there is no ground to take action against the concerned Club. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the positive report filed by the police, the 1st respondent had failed to take action against the Club. 4.In the considered view of this Court the legality or otherwise of the decision taken by the 1st respondent cannot be gone into in a contempt petition https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3 CONT P No. 3947 of 2025 and accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
