Petitioner has sought a direction to the court concerned to expedite hearing of the said suit. 4. It is contended that defendants are seeking adjournment and their request is being accepted liberally. Thus, it is contended that court concerned be directed to decide the suit at the earliest. 5. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that order-sheet indicates that petitioner had also sought adjournment on some dates. 6.
