The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found in illegal transporation of 270 litres of ID Arrack. Hence, the case. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they had been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that they are ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court and that they are ready to cooperate with the investigation. Hence, he prayed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submits that a large quantity of 270 litres of ID arrack was recovered from the petitioners. He further submits that petitioners has no previous cases.
