By means of this writ petition, she has sought enforcement of order passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation / Collector, Haridwar in Revision Nos. 19/2022-23, 75/2025-26 & 72/2025-26. 4. Petitioner contends that pursuant to the order passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, respondent nos. 2 to 5 are required to be removed from the land over which they are having possession, but the order passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation is not being implemented. 5. Learned State Counsel rightly submits that writ petition cannot be filed for implementation / execution of order UKHC010116572026 2026:UHC:5545 passed by Authorities under Consolidation of Holdings Act. He submits that Consolidation of Holdings Act is a self-contained court, therefore, petitioner should approach the forum available under the said Act for enforcement of the order passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation. 6. This Court is not supposed to act as executing court for enforcing the order passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the appropriate forum available to her, in law.
