For issuance of an appropriate writ(s), Order(s), or Direction(s) of habeas corpus directing upon the respondents for immediate release of the victim girl aged about 41 years, who is a mentally sound individual and has been illegally instituted in DAVIS Institute of Psychiatry/RINPAS, Ranchi, without following due procedure of law under the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017. ii.
