This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Doboka P.S. Case No. 225/2025, registered under Sections 189(2)/329(4)/74/118(2) of the BNS, 2023. Mr. Sarma, learned Addl. P.P. submits that charge-sheet in the instant case has already been filed, vide charge-sheet No. 01/2026 dated 08.01.2026. The learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the accused- applicant has already appeared before the Trial Court.
