1. The petitioner is aggrieved as certain amount is being deducted as penal rent on account of non- vacating of quarter of the South Eastern Coalfields Limited.
2. No due certificate issued by the Deputy Manager (F), Bhatgaon Sub Area dated February 14, 2013 is relied upon by the petitioner in support of the submission that no amount is due and payable by him on account of rent.
3. To allow the learned advocate for ECL to revert with written instruction in the matter, hearing of the writ petition stands adjourned to April 20, 2026.
4. Let report by ECL be prepared and circulated by April 16, 2026.
5. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
