However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police, based on the instructions from the second respondent, submitted that the second respondent received a communication dated 11.11.2024 from the third respondent bank stating that they have removed the freezing of the petitioner's bank account. 3.
