And In the matter of : Malati Choudhury @ Chowdhury ……Petitioner. Mr. Kaushik Choudhury Mr. Dwaipayan Panda ……for the Petitioner. Mr. Saryati Dutta Mr. Aritra Bhattacharya ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that 43 bottles of Wincerex Cough Syrup along with 7 bottles of Phensedyl and 600 strips of Tapentadol Hydrochloride Tablets were seized. Learned advocate for the State submits, the investigation of the case is still in progress and the learned Trial Court has been pleased to extend the time for investigation. As such, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 626 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
