No.519 of 2008 by the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Bheemunipatnam, Visakhapatnam. 2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the main case in C.C. No.519 of 2018 was disposed of and the said criminal revision case may be dismissed as infructuous. 3. As seen from the trial Court record, the C.C. No.519 of 2018 was transferred to the Court of XV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Bheemunipatnam and was numbered as C.C. No.173 of 2015. The said case was subsequently disposed of on 03.11.2018 by the learned XV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Bheemunipatnam. 4. Recorded the said submission. 5. In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
