JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 25/05/2026 The present miscellaneous application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for correction/modification [2026:RJ-JP:22201] (2 of 2) [WMAP-218/2026] of the order dated 18.05.2026 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8917/2026. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in para-1 of the said order, the legal notice dated 18.01.2025 has been wrongfully referred and that the same should have been read and referred as the legal notice dated 16.04.2026. For the reasons stated in memo of the application, the same is hereby allowed. Accordingly, the order dated 18.05.2026 is modified and “legal notice dated 18.01.2025” mentioned in para-1 of the said order shall be read and referred as “legal notice dated 16.04.2026.” It is further directed that the legal notice dated 16.04.2026 be decided by respondent No.2 in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024). It is made clear that the present order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 18.05.2026 and remaining contents of the said order shall remain unchanged.
