(2) Petitioner filed a suit for permanent injunction in the Court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Laksar, District Haridwar, which is numbered as 74 of 2025. In that suit, petitioner also filed application seeking temporary injunction on 28.3.2025. According to petitioner, even though notices on the temporary injunction application were issued and duly served on the defendants, however learned Trial Court has not disposed of the application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioner. (3) If what petitioner contends is correct that all the defendants to the suit have been duly served, then the Trial Court will make endeavour to decide the temporary injunction application as early as possible, preferably within four months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid direction, writ petition stands disposed of.
