The grievance of the petitioner is that an application submitted by the petitioner for registration of Katha in respect of the property covered under Survey No.443/4B and 447/4 and Gramathana Khata No.299/2, Site Nos.655 and 656 of Shantigrama Village, Hassan Taluk, Hassan, as per the representations dated 07.10.2023 and 07.05.2024 have not been considered by the respondents. 4. The statement of objections which has been filed indicates that an endorsement has been issued on 27.05.2024 rejecting the representation of the petitioner. 5.
