The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.65 of 2025, for offence registered under section 318(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land appertaining to Khata no.46 plot no.1128, 1130, 1355 and 1361 and Khata no.106 plot nos. 1523, Mauza Kokar have been granted by the father of Lal Vijay Nath Shahdeo vide Hukumnama in the year 1947 by late Thakur Mahendra Nath Shahdeo, the grand-father of Lal Vijay Nath Shahdeo and others and based on the same the Jamabandi was opened in favour of Lal Vijay Nath Shahdeo. He next submits that the said land was sold to some persons and the petitioner is only the witness to the sale deed. He then submits that 2026:JHHC:11866 2 A.B.A. No. 1885 of 2026 the persons who have transferred the land to another person has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.3961 of 2025 and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.16 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the allegations are there of fraudulently transferring the land. 5. Considering that the petitioner is the only witness to the sale deed and the persons who have sold the land have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
