Pursuant to which, payment was made only on 24.04.2025. This Court further ordered that if the amount was not paid within the time frame fixed by this Court, it will fetch an interest at the rate of 12% per annum. Hence, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that interest at 6% on the belayed payment of terminal benefits was paid on or before 24.04.2025. 3. In view of the above, this Court finds that there is no wilful disobedience.
