The appellant preferred this appeal against the Judgment of acquittal passed in C.C.No.18/2022 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Turuvekere dated 07.01.2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 324, 506 r/w Section 149 of IPC. 2. The Trial Court has acquitted the accused for the offence under Section 324, 506 r/w Section 149 of IPC. Section 324 IPC is a cognizable and non-bailable offence that in view of Section 378 of Code of Criminal Procedure, the appellant can prefer appeal before the Court of Sessions. Hence, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER (i) Appeal is dismissed as not maintainable before this Court.
