Heard both sides. 3. This Court, vide order, dated 06.10.2025, while providing an opportunity to the respondent/husband to contest the case filed by the petitioner/wife, subject to the respondent/husband depositing a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as part of maintenance of arrears, directed the Family Court, Chennai to proceed with the case and dispose of the same and also permitted the petitioner to withdraw the amount being deposited. This Court does not find any apparent error or cause to review the order. 4.Accordingly, this Crl.Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Both the parties are directed to co-operate for disposal of MC No.40 of 2024.
