According to the learned advocate, only two witnesses have been examined till date. Learned advocate for the State produces the case diary and draws the attention of the court to the statement of the witnesses along with the post-mortem report. Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant also opposes the prayer for bail. 2 Having considered the post-mortem report and the materials appearing in the case diary, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioenr on bail.
