It is reported by the learned counsels on either side that the trial has commenced in the maintenance case. It is also admitted by the petitioners that the respondent is complying with the order impugned to pay Rs.17,500/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Only) to the petitioners every month. 3. This Court is of the view that the ends of justice would be met if the following orders are passed: (a) The respondent shall continue to pay Rs.17,500/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Five Hundered Only) to the petitioners until the disposal of M.C.No.298 of 2023.
