The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner seeking an extension of time to deposit the cost of ₹3,000/-. 2. Vide order dated 10.09.2025, while allowing Acquittal Appeal No. 170/2025, this Court imposed a cost of ₹3,000/- upon the petitioner/appellant. The said amount was to be deposited before the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Raipur, within a period of two weeks. Consequently, this petition has been moved for an extension. 3. Taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the petition, this Court deems it appropriate to grant an extension of time. Accordingly, the time for depositing the original cost of ₹3,000/- is hereby extended for a further period of two weeks from today subject to the payment of an additional cost of ₹1,000/-, to be deposited with the DLSA, Raipur. 4. The petitioner is directed to deposit both the original cost (₹3,000/-) and the additional cost (₹1,000/-) within the aforementioned extended period. 5. All other conditions stipulated in the order dated 10.09.2025, passed in ACQA No. 170/2025, shall remain unchanged. 6. With the aforesaid directions, this CRMP stands disposed of.
