Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly placed as other accused persons who have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench vide orders dated 28th August, 2025 and 25th September, 2025, passed in CRM(DB)/486/2025 and CRM(M)/1590/2025 respectively. On the ground of parity he prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State is unable to refute such contention advanced on behalf of the petitioner. Having considered the claim of the petitioner for bail on the ground of parity, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. As such the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. 2 Accordingly, the petitioner, viz. MD ARMAN @ MAHAMMAD ARMAN shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand), with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur, subject to condition that the petitioner, if on bail, shall be physically present on each and every date so fixed by the learned Trial Court and shall not leave the jurisdiction of the district of Uttar Dinajpur without prior permission of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur and the learned Trial Court. The petitioner shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. The application for bail being CRM(M)/2026/2025 is accordingly disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
