Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of the prayer made in the application which reads thus:- "In view of the above, it is humbly prayed that the delay of 10th September, 2026 21 CRMA 201 2026 36 days for filing the abovementioned Criminal Revision beyond the statutory time of limitation be condoned on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper." 4.
