State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 as well as the principle laid down by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No. 15256 of 2018 and batch dated 31-03-2023 and consequently direct the respondents to revise the seniority list of Prohibition 86 Excise Constables and issue promotions to the category of Excise Head Constables as per Rule 36 of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 and pass such other orders. IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to proceed with the promotions in the category of Excise Head Constables in Srikakulam District without revising the seniority list of Prohibition 86 Excise Constables as per Rule 36 of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass such other orders. IA NO: 2 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to implead the proposed respondents No. 4 to 8 as party respondents to come on record by way of impleading the proposed respondent as party respondents No. 4 to 8 to the Main Writ Petition No.9234/2023 in the interest of justice and to pass such other orders.
