At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition as he is already pursing his matter by way of his application (Annexure P/1) before concerned Collector. However, he prays that the Collector concerned may be directed to consider the application of the petition and pass necessary order within a stipulated time frame. 3. Since the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition, It is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn and the Collector concerned is directed to consider and decide the application (Annexure P/1) of the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law. 4.
