The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ of direction, directing the respondent Digitally signed by SHAYNA KADRI 2 no.02 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 16.09.2025 for grant permanent stage carriage on the route Kawardha to Bilaspur via Mungeli with one return trips daily in accordance with law. 10.2. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to dispose off the petition in light of order dated 23.01.2026 passed in W.P.(C) no. 313/2026 as the similar facts involved in that case also. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost and expenses of this petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to concerned respondent- authority to consider and decide pending application/representation dated 16.09.2025 of the petitioner, expeditiously within specific time. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. Considering facts of the case and the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, which is not opposed by the State Counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage directing respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending application/representation dated 16.09.2025 of the petitioner in accordance with relevant law/rules/regulation, preferably within an 3 outer limit of '30 days' from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
