The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chouparan PS Case No.151 of 2025, for offence registered under section 272, 274, 275, 292, 317(5), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 47(a) of Excise Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are there of recovery of foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner, however, in the seizure list, there is no independent witness and only the police personnels have signed the seizure list. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.13 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that there are allegations of recovery of foreign liquor from the house of 2026:JHHC:11868 2 the petitioner. 5. Considering that in the seizure list, only police personnels have signed and there is no independent witness to the seizure list, and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
