JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The petitioners have sought for direction to respondents to consider the applications filed under Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for short 'LA Act'). The representations at Annexures-B, B1 to B4 are enclosed along with the writ petition. In terms of the said representations, the petitioners have asserted that in LAC.No.382/2007, an amount of Rs.2,040/- per gunta has been fixed as compensation. 2. It is further submitted that the petitioners land relates to the same notification as well as same village as has been adjudicated in LAC.No.382/2007 and accordingly, have sought for extension of the same enhancement and refixation of compensation in terms of Section 28A of the LA Act. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15380 WP No. 36972 of 2025 3.
