And In the matter of : Ukil Sk. ……Petitioner. Mr. Arnab Chatterjee Mr. Avik Ghosh Ms. Debolina Roy ……for the Petitioner. Mr. Aniket Mitra Ms. Sima Biswas ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent of the charges and there are exaggerations for which the petitioner is unnecessarily detained. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. The examination-in-chief of the evidence of the victim has already been completed. Having considered the materials which have already surfaced I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (M) 257 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
