P.B.BALAJI.,J sr ORDER The petition is filed to amend the prayer in order dated 21.08.2025 in CRP No.5337 of 2024. The original prayer was:
“ For the reasons stated above, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to strike off the petition in E.A.No.1 of 2024 in E.P.No.90 of 2023 in O.S.No.739 of 2009 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Mettupalayam, pending and allow the Revision as prayed for and thus render justice.” Prayer to be substituted:
“ For the reasons stated above, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to strike off the petition in E.A.No.2 of 2024 in E.P.No.90 of 2023 in O.S.No.739 of 2009 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Mettupalayam, pending and allow the Revision as prayed for and thus render justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing the petition.
3. Having satisfied myself with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is allowed and the amendment is ordered.
