The prayer which has been made in this writ Neutral Citation 2026:JHHC:11907 application is for a direction upon the respondent no. 7 to transfer the file of Complaint Case (Lok Home) 03/20 to the Anti Corruption Bureau as at present, the Office of the Lokayukt is not functioning. At the outset, it has been submitted by Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner that Lokayukt has been appointed and is functioning, therefore, the prayer made in this writ application can be agitated before the Lokayukt.
