However, due to change of jurisdiction, now, the same has to be transferred to the Sub-Registrar’s Office, Kelambakkam, and after assigning new number at Sub-Registrar’s Office, Kelambakkam, the document will be returned to the petitioner tomorrow. The said statement is recorded. 4.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
