The petitioner has sought for issuance of 'E' khata in respect of the writ petition schedule property. As the same has not been granted so far, the present writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- "(i) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to issue e-khata in the name of petitioner in respect of schedule property (ii) Issue any appropriate writ, order or direction to respondents in the circumstances of the case including an order as to costs, to meet the ends of justice. SCHEDULE PROPERTY All that piece and parcel of the property bearing vacant site No.171/A, Present Khata No.237, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16954 WP No. 23487 of 2025 V.P.Khata No.191, Assessment No.599, situated in Sy.No.90 of Ramohalli Village, Kengeri Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk, Bengaluru, measuring East to West:40 ft and North to South:30 ft, totally measuring 1200 sq ft, and bounded on: East by: Road West by: Road North by : Site No.171/C and Temple South by: Site No.171" 2. Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 upon instructions, submits that the petitioner has not made an online application for issuance of 'E' khata and if she were to make an online application along with all the necessary documents, her request will be considered. The petitioner is agreeable for the same. Hence the following:- ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of. ii.
