The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records available in the office of the Respondents pertaining to the case of petitioners. 2 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents to issue no demand, no enquiry and no incident certificate in favour of the petitioner. 10;3 That, the Hon’ble High Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondents release the entire retiral dues in favour of the petitioner along with the interest from the date of the petitioner is eligible till the date of actual payment 10.3 Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon’’ble Court may think proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case may also kindly be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. 3.
