The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Daru P.S. Case No.61 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 126(2), 74, 109(1), 324(2), 303(2), 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case 2026:JHHC:11721 2 due to previous enmity and 37 persons have been made accused and there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons of assault. He further submits that co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.1475 of 2026 and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.14 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of assault. 5. On perusal of the FIR it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation against 37 persons of assault and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.14 of the petition and it has been pointed out that due to previous enmity the petitioners have been implicated in the case and co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.1475 of 2026, and in that view of the matter, the petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned Court shall release the petitioners, above named, on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 6.
