Ahmed, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and Ms. R. Sultana, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The present application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been preferred by the applicant praying for condonation of delay of 37 days in filing the connected MAC Appeal. Learned counsel or the respondents submits that they have no objection in the instant application. The Court has perused the pleadings and find that the applicant has been able to show sufficient cause for the delay of 37 days in filing the connected MAC appeal against the judgment and award dated 06.11.2025 passed by the learned Member, MACT, Barpeta in MAC Case No. 148/2022. Accordingly, the instant application is allowed and disposed of and the delay of 37 days in filing the connected appeal is condoned.
