Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the present revision petition, during the execution proceedings, the parties have settled the present dispute on 06.03.2026, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present revision petition. 2. In view of the above, and upon instructions from his clients, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties in the pious spirit of Lok-Adalat, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The court fees paid shall be refunded to the petitioners. 5. The petitioners are entitled for the refund of the Court fees Rs.7,675/- in terms of the judgment passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of High Court of Judicature at Madras Vs. M.C. Subramaniam & Ors.1, therefore, the Registry is directed to prepare a certificate regarding the refund of the Court fees of Rs.7,675/- in favour of the petitioners. 6. In view of the aforesaid discussion, the present revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 7. All other pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
