Alam, learned counsel appears on behalf of Mr. M. A. I. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioner and submits that he has instructions to Page No.# 2/2 withdraw the revision petition, since the parties have come to an amicable settlement. [2.] It is seen that this revision petition was earlier listed before the Single Bench but now it has been listed before the Division Bench in terms of the Notification No. 30 dated 22.05.2024 issued by the Registrar General of this Court, wherein, it is provided that matrimonial appeals/matters arising from the orders and judgments of the Family Courts shall henceforth be listed before the Special Division Bench of this Court. Apparently it is because of the said Notification, this matter has been listed today before the Division Bench today. [3.] The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. R. R. Kaushik, appears for the respondent No. 1 and submits that the State is only a formal party. [4.] No one appears for the respondent No. 2. [5.] However, as the learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking withdrawal of this revision petition we find no difficulty in passing appropriate orders.
