2. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for issuing direction to the appellant/opposite party No. 1 herein, for issuing direction to deposit 50% of the awarded amount, before the Registry of this Court.
3. Mr. Pandit, learned counsel for the applicant has pointed out that the impugned
Judgment and Order, dated 16.09.2025, in E.C. Case No. 02/2023, was stayed in the I.A. (Civil) No. 3819/2025; without, however, issuing any direction to the appellant/opposite party No. 1 herein to deposit 50% of the awarded amount before the Registry of this Court.
4. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for both the parties, it is provided that 50% of the awarded amount be deposited before the Registry of this Court, within a period of 4 (four) weeks from today. On such deposit being made, the same shall be released in favour of the applicants, subject, however, to submission of one indemnity bond.
5. In terms of the above, this I.A. stands disposed of.
