Page No.# 2/2 The instant application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been filed for condonation of delay of 168 (One hundred and sixty eight) days in preferring the revision petition. From the office note dated 06.2026, it is seen that the notice on respondent no.2 has been delivered to the addressee on 04.05.2026. However, none has appeared on behalf of respondent no.2. This Court has gone through the contents and explanation of delay in filing the connected revision petition which are provided in paragraph nos. 9 to 12. After being satisfied with the explanation given in the aforesaid paragraphs, the instant interlocutory application is allowed. Accordingly, the instant I.A. is disposed of by condoning the delay of 168 (One hundred and sixty eight) days. Let the connected revision petition be listed after 3 (three) weeks.
