This Application is at Serial No. 78 of the Daily Causelist. At the request of Mr. Kshitij Samant, learned Advocate for the Applicant and with consent of Dr. Takalkar, learned APP for the Respondent – State and Ms. Manasi Patil, learned Advocate for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1724 of 2025, this Application was taken up at 12:00 pm. 2. By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) (a)This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Applicant to Arjun 1 78-IA-488-2026.doc withdraw the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- deposited by the Petitioner before the Principal Seat of Hon’ble Bombay High Court, along with accrued interest if any; (b)This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the Registry to release the said amount in favour of the Applicant by account transfer / cheque / as this Hon’ble Court deems fit; 3. Notice was issued to the Respondent on 31.08.2026. 4. Ms. Manasi Patil, learned Advocate, appears for Rajaram Dattatray Kamble (Original Petitioner in Writ Petition No.1724 of 2025). She, on instructions from Rajaram Dattatray Kamble, states that in view of the order dated 05.01.2026, Rajaram Dattatray Kamble, does not oppose the reliefs sought in this Application in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 5. Dr. A. A. Takalkar, learned APP for the Respondent – State, submits that in view of the order dated 05.01.2026, the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- is required to be paid to the Applicant herein (Manisha Rajaram Kamble) i.e. the Wife of Rajaram Dattatray Kamble. 6. In view of the statements made by Ms. Manasi Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions from Rajaram Dattatray Kamble and Dr. A. A. Takalkar, learned APP for the Respondent – State, this Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) of this Arjun 2 78-IA-488-2026.doc Application. 7. The Applicant herein (Manisha Rajaram Kamble) to approach the Registry of this Court (High Court of Judicature at Bombay, Circuit Bench at Kolhapur) and comply with the formalities, so as to enable the Registry of this Court to transfer the aforesaid amount directly into the accounts of the Applicant (Manisha Rajaram Kamble). 8.
