(Oral) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging the willful and deliberate disobedience of this Court’s interim order dated 03.07.2025 passed in WPSS No.993 of 2025 Krishna Singh Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Another, whereby, the transfer order dated 10.06.2025 was kept in abeyance. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that despite interim order in favour of the petitioner, he was transferred by the respondent-contemnor vide order dated 30.06.2026, wherein the name of petitioner is at S.No.8. 3. This Court directed learned State Counsel to seek instruction in the matter. 4. Today, learned State Counsel passed on to this Court written instruction dated 07.07.2026, UKHC010113802026 2026:UHC:5511 2 which is taken on record. 5. On the basis of said instruction, learned State Counsel informed this Court that transfer of petitioner-Krishna Singh, Senior Assistant, has now been cancelled vide corrigendum dated 07.07.2026. 6. This fact has not been disputed by learned counsel for petitioner. 7. In view of the above, nothing remains to be decided in the present contempt petition and the same is accordingly closed.
