By way of this petition, the petitioner has assailed the Charge-Sheet issued to the petitioner in terms of Annexure P-2, on the ground that the same is false, frivolous and far from truth. 2. This Court is of the considered view that it is not for this Court to go into the veracity of the Charge-Sheet and if according to the petitioner, the Charge-Sheet is vague, false, frivolous and contains facts far from the truth, then all these facts can be pointed out by the petitioner in the reply to the said Charge-Sheet. 3. Accordingly, as this petition is misconceived, the same is dismissed, as prayed for, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all these issues in the form of reply, which may be filed to the Charge- Sheet.
